GENERAL  

We will not rent or sell or share your email with any third party, and we never have.   However, we use third party analytics software from Google, Facebook, and Zoho. In some cases, we may place a cookie on your side to enable us to better understand who is visiting our sites and how they use them.  We don’t serve ads to our site visitors using any third-party tools. When we run ads on Facebook, we may use audience data to serve you and people like you ads based on your visits to our sites.  Facebook’s Data Policy  provides much more information on how your Facebook data is used on their platform. At any time, you can opt out of hearing from us. You’ll find an unsubscribe link at the end of each of our emails.  

Security 

Kaibizzen will protect the confidentiality of its client’s information, account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and consistent with the law and the legitimate interests of Kaibizzen, its employees and other clients of Kaibizzen. To protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of information that is collected from clients, Kaibizzen has appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial security procedures in place.  When purchasing from Kaibizzen your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.  

Disclosure of client information and communications 

Kaibizzen will not otherwise disclose its client’s personal and account information unless Kaibizzen has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Kaibizzen, Kaibizzen clients, or others, or where Kaibizzen has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.  Kaibizzen also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that Kaibizzen stores or transmits for its clients. The circumstances under which Kaibizzen will disclose such electronic client communications are when: 
  • It is necessary in order to provide service to the client; 
  • It is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Kaibizzen and its clients; 
  • It is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal processes that Kaibizzen determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; and 
  • It is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by Kaibizzen appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
