The turning point was when he got absolute clarity about what he wanted for himself and his family. Then he was able to reverse engineer that picture back to exactly what his business needed to look like for him to finally achieve the lifestyle he went into business for.

Today, Tom has crystal clear roadmap for his business and he’s no longer concerned about whether or not he’s capable. He knows exactly what he needs to do to get exactly the life he wants for himself and his family.
